Teeyer Whole Production Line,including 6 processing sections

1. Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials utilized in the autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).

This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring they are primed for the production line.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This segment is responsible for fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the concrete plates. It includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automated circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This stage is crucial for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It involves the production of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for concrete plates, manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

In this phase, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, and the product undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.

The cut body is processed using the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for the next stages.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave tanks for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.

Once cured, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging area.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
