1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the art of crafting autoclaved aerated cementitious marvels, we utilize premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.

This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This vital section forms the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Here, the sophisticated steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our concrete plates is crafted with precision, whether through manual or automatic hanging mesh systems, and integrated with an innovative automatic assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Serving as the centerpiece of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section embodies technological excellence.

It specializes in crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates, supported by manual or automatic hanging mesh and seamless assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a crane maneuver. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is skillfully placed on the cutting car, where flawless shaping is achieved through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.

The intricately cut body is completed on the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, culminating in its final form.

5. Autoclaving Section

Our assembled cakes embark on a journey into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the pre-autoclave traction mechanism and ferry cart.

Once the autoclave curing process is completed, products are efficiently extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The freshly steamed cakes undergo a meticulous sorting and palletizing process, followed by packaging and conveyance to the storage yard, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment for seamless operation.
