AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials are nothing short of essential. Typically, the materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the magic touch of aluminum powder (often in a paste form).
This section serves as the heartbeat for the processing and meticulous storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This vital section lies at the heart of producing the robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Dedicated to crafting the all-important steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, this segment includes manual or automatic hanging mesh and ensures a seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Responsible for creating the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this area also manages manual or automatic hanging mesh and ensures the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
With precision, the mold frame carries the billet body to be demoulded by the turning crane. In a synchronized dance, the blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is placed onto the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.
The ground turning table elegantly completes the cutting process by removing and recycling any corner waste, ensuring a clean finish.
Following the waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring smooth progression.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, the assembled cakes are seamlessly guided into the autoclave tanks where they undergo precise constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the pre-autoclave traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclave-finished products are deftly extracted using the ferry cart and are then transported effortlessly to the finished product packaging area.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, these well-steamed cakes are gracefully sorted, skillfully palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then seamlessly conveyed by the packaging and transportation equipment to their final destination in the storage yard.
