1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the core component in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is responsible for fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another critical part of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It is utilized for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car where the product is shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is handled by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, having been steamed out of the autoclave, are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard through packaging and conveying equipment.
