AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on a journey where the essential elements for autoclaved aerated coagulation, such as sand (often derived from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, are masterfully curated.
This crucial stage is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring everything is impeccably prepared for the production journey ahead.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical segment signifies the core of the manufacturing process, pivotal in shaping robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and excellence.
At this stage, the creation of the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates is undertaken with precision. It encompasses both the traditional manual and cutting-edge automated mesh hanging, paired with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a key phase in the development of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision pouring and pre-curing ensure optimal quality.
This section is dedicated to the precise construction of steel mesh (mesh cage), vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual or automated mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework, ensuring excellence at every step.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame, carrying the billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is carefully positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes a thorough cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—sculpting it into the desired product shape.
The process concludes with the ground turning table facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste from the freshly cut body, ensuring a tidy and sustainable operation.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, guaranteeing a smooth and seamless transition to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism and the highly efficient ferry cart preceding the autoclaves, ensuring impeccable results.
Post-autoclaving, the impeccably cured products are gracefully extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ready for the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, fresh from the autoclave's embrace, undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then palletized, expertly packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficient separation and preparation for their final destination.
