1. Raw Material Processing Section
During the autoclaved aerated coagulation production, essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (aluminum paste) are meticulously processed.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical section is pivotal for producing top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh and seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another vital core section ensures the flawless production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication, manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and automatic assembly frame circulation are expertly managed.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste.
Once waste is removed, the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car finalize the blank body processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclave curing, the ferry cart extracts the cured products, transporting them seamlessly to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
