1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the vital world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where precision meets excellence in processing premium raw materials. This includes sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring the foundation of brilliance.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of our core raw materials, ensuring each element is primed for superior quality and efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the beating heart of our operation, propelling the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and expertise.
Here, we expertly construct the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This process incorporates both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, alongside a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring unparalleled quality and efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the nucleus of our entire production, vital for creating high-caliber autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. Precision pouring and pre-curing here ensures every slab meets the highest standards.
This is the stage where we construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with the automatic circulation of assembly frames, it achieves unmatched consistency and quality.
4. Cutting Section
At this pivotal stage, the mold-loaded billet body undergoes skillful demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts carve its final shape, ready for the world.
The ground turning table plays an indispensable role, expertly removing and recycling corner waste, while executing the cut body with finesse and precision.
After waste removal, the blank body is handled with precision by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results at every step.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unparalleled precision, the assembled cakes are skillfully ushered into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart. Maintaining constant pressure, they achieve flawless results, exemplifying excellence.
Upon curing completion, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section, seamlessly transitioning to the next phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging majestically from the autoclave, the cakes undergo careful sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition.

Our metal plate processing capacity is powered by an impressive 2000 tons hydraulic press. For machining excellence, we utilize Taiwan's vertical machining center, alongside a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a sophisticated horizontal machining center.
