AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential components for creating autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (often in paste form). These high-quality materials are meticulously processed to ensure optimal performance.
This crucial section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring they are primed for the next stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
In this pivotal section, we focus on producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, forming the innovative core of our product line.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh or mesh cage necessary for the production of aerated concrete plates. This involves both manual and automatic processes for hanging the mesh, alongside a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section plays a vital role in the manufacturing process of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
This phase is critical for producing the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for concrete plates, involving both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as seamless frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Within this section, the mold frame containing the billet body is expertly demudded using a crane. The billet, accompanied by a side plate, is placed on a cutting car where it undergoes precise cutting in all dimensions—side, horizontal, and vertical—ensuring perfect molding.
Post-cutting, the blank body undergoes a ground turning process to efficiently remove and recycle any corner waste, making the process eco-friendly.
Once waste removal is complete, the marshalling crane and ferry car facilitate the final arrangement of the blank body, readying it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, expertly assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave for pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and a ferry cart, ensuring uniform curing.
After autoclaving, the cured products are skillfully extracted by a ferry cart and transported to the packaging area, a crucial step before they reach our valued customers.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following the steaming process, cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they remain in pristine condition.
