AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients pivotal for crafting autoclaved aerated coagulation products consist of select materials: sand (often procured from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the crucial aluminum powder or paste.
This essential phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of each raw material, ensuring optimal preparation.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the centerpiece of our process, integral to the creation of strong and reliable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This crucial segment focuses on crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for sturdy autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including both meticulous manual and efficient automated mesh hanging, complemented by the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is vital in the production cycle, pivotal for forming top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section ensures the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses both manual and automated mesh hanging, as well as the seamless automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, using a turning crane, the mold frame holding the billet body is expertly demudded. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where an extensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—sculpts the desired product shape.
The completion of this process involves the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body.
After waste removal, the blank body is skillfully finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to subsequent phases.
5. Autoclaving Section
Upon assembly, the cakes are effectively transported into the tank where precise pressure maintenance is achieved by the advanced traction mechanism at the autoclave's entrance and the efficient ferry cart leading the way.
Following autoclaving, the cured products are expertly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart, ensuring a smooth transition to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging fresh from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous classification process. They are then expertly palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficient separation and handling.
