1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the cornerstone raw materials consist of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the transformative power of aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.
This well-crafted section is meticulously designed for the precise processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the vibrant core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation converges with precision engineering.
Within this section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is intricately fabricated. The process incorporates seamless manual (or automated) mesh handling and a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section, essential to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, is where the magic materializes into tangible form.
Here, in this dynamic setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is meticulously executed. It involves both manual and automated mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Within this section, engineering elegance is fully realized as the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for perfect shaping.
The masterpiece emerges as the expertly cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, promoting sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this phase with immaculate precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With exacting precision, the assembled cakes are seamlessly guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, supported by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge in triumph, extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, poised for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Newly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a rigorous sequence of sorting, palletizing, packing, and seamless transit to the storage yard. This entire process is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
