AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for producing autoclaved aerated concrete typically comprise sand (often derived from sustainable fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste. These elements form the basis of our innovative AAC block and panel creation.
This crucial phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring the highest quality standards for the subsequent manufacturing stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment represents the very heart of the process, pivotal for crafting robust and durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the foundation for quality construction solutions.
This segment is indispensable for creating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) vital for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, optimizing efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a critical stage in the fabrication of top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of modern sustainable construction.
This section is focused on the precise crafting of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework, assuring consistency and quality.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame holding the billet body is skillfully demudded with a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes an extensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the precise product shape desired.
The process is completed with the ground turning table facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, promoting sustainability and material efficiency.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the subsequent phase, maintaining operational fluidity.
5. Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are skillfully transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-engineered traction mechanism at the front of the autoclaves, complemented by the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
After autoclaving, the expertly cured products are extracted with precision from the autoclave by the ferry cart and smoothly transitioned to the final product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly steamed from the autoclave, undergo a detailed sorting process. They are then palletized, expertly packed, and transported to the storage yard by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment after efficient separation, ensuring readiness for distribution.

We utilize a 2000-ton hydraulic press for robust metal plate processing, alongside advanced machining equipment like the Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and horizontal machining center. These precision tools empower us to achieve unmatched accuracy and efficiency in every product we meticulously craft.
