AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating domain of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the foundational raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, enhanced by the enchanting touch of aluminum powder (or paste), among other critical components.
This section is meticulously designed for the precise processing and effective storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring smooth flow and preparation for subsequent stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This serves as the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a crucial section where cutting-edge innovation seamlessly integrates with precision engineering.
In this section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with expertise. The process includes both seamless manual and automatic mesh handling, supported by a highly sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section is where the intricacies of production transform into tangible reality, playing an integral role in creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this vibrant setting, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision. It encompasses both manual and automated mesh handling, complemented by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, engineering sophistication is on full display as the mold frame, laden with the billet body, is effortlessly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve perfect molding.
The masterpiece takes shape as the cut body is expertly managed by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Following waste removal, the blank body is gracefully handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with elegance and efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are carefully ushered into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the strategically stationed traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge with pride, expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand unveiling.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient conveyance to the storage yard. This entire operation is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
