1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the pivotal core for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section involves fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It is responsible for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with a billet body undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product is formed through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is finalized by the ground-turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is marshaled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are seamlessly sent into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves, assisted by the ferry cart.
Products that have undergone autoclave curing are extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, once steamed out of the autoclave, are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
