1. Advanced Raw Material Processing Section
Our state-of-the-art AAC production utilizes high-grade raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), ensuring superior quality and performance.
This critical section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, laying the foundation for exceptional product outcomes.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
Serving as the production's heartbeat, this section is pivotal for crafting top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for AAC plates, utilizing both manual and automatic methods, and ensuring seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Precision Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As another core component of our production, this section is vital for the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It focuses on the meticulous fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic approaches to ensure optimal assembly frame circulation.
4. Accurate Cutting Section
Our sophisticated cutting section employs cranes to demould the billet body, place it on the cutting car, and execute precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving flawless product formation.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, maintaining a high level of resource efficiency.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body processing, ensuring seamless production flow.
5. Autoclaving Mastery Section
With precision, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance via our advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system preceding the autoclave.
Post-curing, the autoclave-treated products are efficiently extracted and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packaging, and are then transported to storage by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying systems, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
