AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for producing autoclaved aerated concrete include sand (often derived from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and either aluminum powder or paste.
This vital phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring that each component is perfectly prepared for the next stage.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This integral part of the process represents the core of crafting durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, essential for structural integrity.
This segment is critical for creating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It involves both manual and automated mesh hanging, paired with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal stage is dedicated to the formation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the foundation for superior end products.
This section focuses on the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It incorporates manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this crucial phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes demudding using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes a comprehensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the desired product shape with precision.
The process is concluded with the ground turning table, which facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring minimal waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the autoclaving tank for sustained pressure maintenance. This is achieved by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart that precedes it.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, maintaining product integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly steamed from the autoclave, undergo a thorough sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after efficient separation, ensuring readiness for distribution.
