1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for creating autoclaved aerated concrete consist of sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These raw materials are meticulously processed to ensure the highest quality output.
This section is pivotal for the precise processing and systematic storage of the raw ingredients, setting the foundation for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
At the heart of our production, this crucial segment is dedicated to the crafting of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this section, the steel mesh (or mesh cage), an essential element of the aerated concrete plate, is crafted with precision. This includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, as well as the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal segment remains integral to the efficient production of quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Focused on the creation of necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for the aerated concrete plate, this section incorporates both manual and automated handling, alongside flawless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The cutting phase begins as the mold frame, laden with the raw billet, is turned and de-mudded using a crane. The blank is then strategically placed on a cutting car where it undergoes precise lateral, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve its final shape.
Subsequent to cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring environmental responsibility and maximizing material use.
Upon waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car facilitate the assembly of the blank body, ensuring orderly progression through the production line.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are gently guided into the autoclave tanks. With precise pressure maintenance enabled by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, the product undergoes a transformative curing process.
Post-autoclave, the fully cured products are expertly extracted and transported to the packaging section, ready for the final stages of production.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, then efficiently palletized and packed. Finally, they are transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, culminating in a seamless production cycle.

Additionally, our machining capabilities are enhanced with a Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a horizontal machining center, setting a benchmark in precision and efficiency.
