1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials that form the backbone of autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste). These essential ingredients are meticulously processed and stored in this section.
This section handles the intricate tasks of processing and storing the essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section is at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. The process includes manual (or automatic) hanging of mesh and the seamless, automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is crucial for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, along with manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automated frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is deftly demudded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car. Here, the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final mold.
The cut body is finalized through the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste.
Once the waste removal is complete, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks using the traction mechanism and ferry cart. Here, they undergo constant pressure maintenance.
Post-autoclave curing, the ferry cart extracts the products from the autoclave, readying them for the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment.
