1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary raw materials utilized in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
As the heart of our operation, this section is paramount for producing top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area specializes in crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates and features both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with automated frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is central to the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is manufactured, incorporating both manual/automatic mesh hanging and seamless automation in assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. Both the blank body and side plate are then positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product's shaping.
Any excess material is meticulously removed by the ground turning table, ensuring all corner waste is recycled efficiently.
Post-waste removal, the blank body undergoes final processing by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cake units are carefully transported into the autoclave using a traction mechanism and ferry cart for constant pressure maintenance.
Upon curing, the autoclaved products are extracted via the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and securely packaged before being conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and transportation equipment.
