AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In our state-of-the-art AAC production, we carefully select and process premium raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to ensure high-quality sustainable products.
This critical section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of our high-standard raw materials, laying the foundation for superior AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of our AAC production line, focusing on the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.
Here, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automatic processes for mesh handling and assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Serving as a pivotal component of our production line, this section specializes in the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring a flawless production process.
This vital stage is dedicated to the meticulous fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for concrete plates, incorporating manual and automatic mesh handling to enhance assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame carrying the billet body is expertly demolded via a turning crane, and the blank body is precisely positioned on the cutting car for thorough side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, leading to perfect product molding.
Crafted with precision, the cut body undergoes a seamless ground turning table process to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Once the waste is dispatched, the marshalling crane and ferry car meticulously handle the blank body, readying it for the next phase with expert finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
The intricately assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by a robust traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring impeccable product curing.
After the autoclave curing, our ferry cart skillfully extracts the finished products, transporting them seamlessly to the final packaging section, showcasing efficiency and care.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes undergo a precise sorting, palletizing, and packaging process. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying systems ensure that every product is impeccably prepared and transported to our storage yard with utmost efficiency.
