1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these essential raw materials, ensuring top-quality output.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section plays a crucial role in producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring efficiency and precision.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section, vital for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring impeccable standards.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for final processing, ensuring seamless operations.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for dispatch.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring organized storage and easy accessibility.
