1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (aluminum paste) among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This is the central hub for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another critical area for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section meticulously fabricates the required steel mesh (mesh cage) and manages both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the efficient circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Using a crane, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is turned and demudded. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body then goes to the ground turning table, which removes and recycles any corner waste efficiently.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is swiftly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart in front of it.
Once cured, the autoclave-treated products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed and cured cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless logistics.
