1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we utilize premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (aluminum paste).
This critical section focuses on the meticulous processing and secure storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, we manufacture the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial core section dedicated to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) is created for AAC plates, with provisions for both manual and automatic mesh handling, along with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demudded via crane turning. Following this, the billet body and its side plate are set onto the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product.
The ground turning table is then employed to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the billet body is arranged using the marshalling crane and the ferry car, completing the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave tank by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance.
After curing, the ferry cart extracts the autoclaved products, moving them to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
