1. Raw Material Processing Section

The autoclaved aerated coagulation process begins with careful selection of raw ingredients, such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).

This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and meticulous storage of these essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring seamless operations.

The process involves crafting the indispensable steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for concrete slabs, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the sophisticated automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

This section is essential for the creation of the integral steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, enabling both manual and automatic mesh hanging and ensuring smooth circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section

This pivotal section ensures the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It facilitates the crafting of steel mesh (mesh cage), provides options for manual and automatic mesh handling, and supports seamless assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

In this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The billet, along with its side plate, is then carefully positioned on a cutting car to undergo precise cutting in side, horizontal, and vertical dimensions.

A ground turning table efficiently handles the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car for further processing.

5. Autoclaving Section

Here, assembled 'cakes' are ushered into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, a process facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.

Upon completion of autoclaving, the cured products are methodically extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging area.

6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, these cakes undergo sorting, are palletized, packed, and then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and transport equipment.

The final stage ensures that the freshly autoclaved cakes are meticulously sorted, securely palletized, expertly packed, and swiftly transported to the storage yard with the help of cutting-edge packaging and conveying technology.
