1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials used in the autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the heart of the AAC slab production process.
In this area, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates is crafted. It includes manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This core section is instrumental in the efficient production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It's utilized for fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates, facilitating manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and ensuring the seamless automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes a demudding process via a turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, completing the product's cutting process.
Post-cutting, the billet body undergoes a corner waste removal process on a ground turning table, ensuring recycling and efficiency.
Following waste removal, the billet body is marshalled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring a streamlined process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled billet bodies are meticulously transferred into the autoclave using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance.
Once cured, the AAC products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for further processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are methodically sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by specialized packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless final processing.
