AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational elements for producing autoclaved aerated coagulation are typically comprised of sand, often sourced from fly ash, along with lime, cement, gypsum, and a touch of aluminum powder or paste to enhance the mixture.
This essential phase is committed to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for the subsequent stages of the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the cornerstone of the process, crucial for creating robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that stand the test of time.
This critical segment focuses on crafting the steel mesh, or mesh cage, indispensable for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, seamlessly integrated with the automatic circulation of the assembly framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is pivotal in crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the integrity and excellence of the final product.
This section encompasses the precise fabrication of steel mesh, crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame bearing the billet body is carefully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes a thorough cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the precise product shape desired.
The process concludes with the ground turning table efficiently removing and recycling corner waste from the cut body, ensuring minimal material loss.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next phase of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are skillfully transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance, aided by the precision-driven traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are elegantly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ensuring quality and integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly steamed from the autoclave, undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then palletized, expertly packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring their protection and readiness for shipment.
