AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the primary raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), setting the stage for high-quality construction.
This section is essential for the meticulous processing and strategic storage of vital raw materials, ensuring seamless production flow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
In this pivotal section, we step into the heart of producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, a true testament to innovation.
Here, precision meets technology as steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. From manual to automatic hanging mesh, this section ensures the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section forms the nucleus of our production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring top-tier quality.
Precision is paramount here as we craft steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic processes with flawless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with pristine billet bodies, undergoes a meticulous demudding process by the turning crane. The delicate blank body is then expertly positioned on the cutting car, where state-of-the-art side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques shape the product to perfection.
With the aid of the ground-turning table, the finely cut body is seamlessly processed to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following the removal of waste, the blank body is masterfully handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, embodying precision and efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are carefully transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, utilizing the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Upon completion of the curing process, the autoclaved products are gracefully extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transferred to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, these premium cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and seamlessly conveyed to the storage yard, ensuring that they are ready for the market with utmost precision and care.
