1.Raw Material Processing Section

In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our choice of essential raw materials includes sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).

This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of these crucial materials.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This section stands at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, embodying the core of innovation.

Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the robust formation of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves both manual and automatic operations for hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3.Pouring and pre-curing section

This section is another cornerstone in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality.

The process involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for these concrete plates, supported by manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of assembly frames.

4.Cutting section

Once the mold frame, loaded with billet body, is turned and demudded by the crane, the blank body and side plate are elegantly placed on the cutting car. Here, the art of cutting molding is achieved through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.

Upon completion of cutting, the ground turning table efficiently discards and recycles corner waste, contributing to sustainability.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car finalize the blank body's preparation.

5.Autoclaving section

The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the autoclave tank for precision pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism, with assistance from the front ferry cart.

After curing, the autoclave products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transferred to the finished product packaging section.

6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging

Post-aut autoclave, the cakes undergo a detailed sorting process, followed by palletizing and efficient packing. These prepared products are then transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
