1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste.
This section is used for the meticulous processing and optimal storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the pivotal phase for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is dedicated to crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is the heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision in every pour and pre-cure.
Here, the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted, with manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product shaping.
The cut body undergoes a ground turning to remove and recycle the corner waste efficiently.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for precise constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section for final steps.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after careful separation.
