1.Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for our autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass high-quality sand (or fly ash), finely ground lime, durable cement, refined gypsum, and precision-milled aluminum powder or paste.
This vital section ensures efficient processing and optimal storage of all raw materials, setting the stage for superior product quality.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section forms the backbone of autoclaved aerated concrete slab manufacture, ensuring seamless production.
Here, we expertly fabricate the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This section features options for both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with a state-of-the-art automatic assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial stage is central to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, facilitating the perfect blend and consistency.
This facility is dedicated to crafting the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, offering both manual and automatic options for mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
In this precise operation, the mold frame containing the billet body is expertly maneuvered by a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The ground turning table skillfully completes the cut body, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to maintain an eco-friendly process.
Post waste removal, the blank body is adeptly marshalled by the crane and ferry car, ensuring every piece is ready for subsequent stages.
5.Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tank, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance, courtesy of the robust traction mechanism and efficient ferry cart system.
After achieving perfection through autoclave curing, the products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed to perfection, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and securely packed. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment ensure they are efficiently transported to the storage yard, ready for distribution.
