1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (aluminum paste), among others.
This vital section is dedicated to the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the pivotal hub for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area focuses on crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the aerated concrete plates, encompassing manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This segment represents the core section for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It specializes in producing the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame holding the billet body is de-molded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts complete the product's formation.
The cut body is then processed by the ground-turning table, which removes and recycles the corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned in front of it.
Autoclave-cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
