1. Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials involved in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, crucial for high-quality production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This core section is vital for producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring strength and durability.

Here, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh. This also includes the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This core section is pivotal for manufacturing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It's utilized for fabricating the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with options for both manual and automatic hanging mesh, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, loaded with a billet body, undergoes demudding through the crane's turning action. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product's cutting and molding is expertly completed with precision by side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.

The end waste is effectively removed and recycled through the ground turning table, ensuring environmentally conscious production.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly marshalled using a crane and ferry car to ensure smooth transitions and seamless operations.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the tank for precise constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism located in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart positioned accordingly.

Once cured, the autoclave-treated products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for final handling.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclaving, the steamed cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and careful packing. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a streamlined and organized finish.
