1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.
Here, steel meshes (mesh cages) essential for concrete plates are fabricated, with options for manual or automatic hanging and assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product.
The ground turning table removes and recycles the corner waste from the cut body.
Once waste is eliminated, the blank body is managed using the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the tank for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are transported by ferry cart to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by specialized packaging and conveying equipment.
