1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
This crucial section is at the heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It encompasses the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the plates, along with manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This primary section focuses on the foundational production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where product shaping is completed through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is processed by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Once curing is complete, the autoclave products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
