1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, ensuring unparalleled quality and consistency in the production line.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical section is integral to the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, guaranteeing structural integrity and enhanced durability.
In this segment, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly fabricated, featuring both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A pivotal section crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal pre-curing conditions are consistently met.
This segment is responsible for fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and optimal resource use.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it for the upcoming stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring uniform curing and optimal product quality.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, maintaining their integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they arrive at the customer's location in impeccable condition.
