1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, involving both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is a crucial component for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is responsible for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by a crane. The blank body and the side plate are placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.
The cut body is finalized by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles any corner waste.
After the waste removal, the blank body is prepared for final assembly by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
The cakes that have been steamed out of the autoclave are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using packaging and conveying equipment.
