1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we harness the power of premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to craft superior products.

This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of our high-quality raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

Welcome to the heart of our production line, where we expertly fashion autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.

Here, we construct essential steel mesh cages for concrete plates, expertly managing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This vital segment is the backbone of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.

Within this section, we craft the indispensable steel mesh cages, efficiently handling both manual and automated mesh hanging, and ensuring flawless assembly frame movement.

4. Cutting Section

Our state-of-the-art cutting process starts with the mold frame and billet body, expertly maneuvered by a crane. The blank, alongside the side plate, is adeptly positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.

Post-cutting, the ground turning table ensures seamless removal and recycling of corner waste, maintaining our commitment to sustainability.
Once waste is expertly cleared, the blank body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring smooth progress.

5. Autoclaving Section

Our robust traction mechanism and ferry cart ensure the assembled cakes are methodically delivered into the autoclave for consistent and reliable pressure maintenance.

Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart gracefully withdraws the finished products, ready for packaging and dispatch.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Upon steaming completion, our products are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged, then seamlessly transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying systems.
