AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials stand as the foundation of excellence. Typically, these encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each contributing uniquely to the creation of superior AAC products.
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring impeccable readiness for the production journey ahead.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Welcome to the heart of our production line, where the essence of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is crafted with precision and expertise.
Here, innovation meets craftsmanship as we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This section encompasses both manual and automatic hanging mesh, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the core of our production, where the foundational elements of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs are expertly assembled.
Within this pivotal section, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates comes to life, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh and the sophisticated automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the art of precision cutting unfolds. The mold frame, laden with the billet body, is meticulously demudded by the turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then carefully placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving the desired molding with finesse.
The ground turning table takes over, meticulously completing the cut body by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring an eco-friendly and efficient process.
With corner waste removed, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing the formation with precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
Witness the transformation as the assembled cakes are gently transported into the autoclave. Here, they undergo constant pressure maintenance, ensuring optimal curing, facilitated by the precise traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, the finalized products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart, then gracefully transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After their steam bath in the autoclave, the cakes are refined through a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packing. The finished products are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, poised for delivery.
