1.Raw Material Processing Section

The vital foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production process starts with top-quality raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).

This integral section meticulously handles the processing and storage of all raw materials, ensuring optimal readiness for the next stages.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

As the heart of our production line, this section is indispensable for the crafting of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, precision and efficiency come together to fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the slabs, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless circulation of the assembly frame.

3.Pouring and pre-curing section

This phase is crucial for shaping superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the stage for excellence.

It meticulously involves the creation of essential steel mesh (mesh cage), enabling manual or automated mesh hanging and facilitating the smooth operation of the assembly frame's circulation.

4.Cutting section

Our innovative crane deftly demuds the mold frame holding the billet body. The blank, along with its side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, where advanced side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques shape the product.

The ground turning table efficiently removes and reclaims corner waste from the cut body.
Once waste removal is complete, the marshalling crane and ferry car masterfully handle the blank body, ensuring smooth progression to the next stage.

5.Autoclaving section

The assembled cakes undergo precision-controlled pressure maintenance inside the tank, expertly managed by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned at the forefront of the autoclaves.

Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart gracefully extracts the cured products, delivering them seamlessly to the final packaging section.

6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging

After meticulous separation, the steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packaged, then efficiently transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
