AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The robust foundation of our production process begins with the precise handling of essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These materials are expertly prepared for optimal quality and efficiency in creating autoclaved aerated coagulation products.
This integral section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring consistency and readiness for further production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This section is the pivotal heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring superior quality and structural integrity.
In this advanced section, steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. The process involves manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation, empowering efficient production workflows.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This essential phase involves crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic hanging techniques, and ensuring fluid automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Within this pivotal section, the mold frame containing the billet body is expertly maneuvered using a turning crane. Once positioned on the cutting car, the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final molding.
The completed cut body is expertly managed using the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is adeptly handled and organized using the marshalling crane and ferry car, maintaining order and efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
Precision and consistency define this section, where assembled cakes are strategically placed into the autoclave tank via a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system, subjected to constant pressure maintenance.
Once fully cured, the products are systematically extracted from the autoclave using the ferry cart and meticulously transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for final touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
In this final stage, steam-cured cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment. These finalized products are then efficiently transported to the storage yard, poised for distribution.
