AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The quintessential materials in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, meticulously combined for optimal results.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the adept processing and secure storage of the essential raw materials, ensuring a flawless start to the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the operation, instrumental in crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This integral section is designed for the fabrication of the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage), vital for producing autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automated mesh handling, coupled with a seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is another core pillar in the manufacturing of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality.
Here, the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate is crafted, with options for both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, cradling the billet body, undergoes a demudding process via the turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired shape.
Following the cut, the blank body is deftly handled by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle any corner waste, optimizing sustainability.
Upon removal of waste, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, maintaining the flow of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring consistent pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and expertly packaged. They are then conveyed to the storage yard utilizing sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.

Our machining prowess is demonstrated through a vertical machining center from Taiwan, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a horizontal machining center.
