AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for crafting superior autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand, often sourced from fly ash, along with lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This vital phase is dedicated to the meticulous preparation and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment serves as the core of the process, pivotal for shaping durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and reliability.
This crucial segment involves crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, complemented by a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a pivotal stage in the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision in pouring and pre-curing is paramount.
This section is devoted to the accurate and efficient fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework, ensuring uniformity and quality.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding process via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is situated on the cutting car, where it experiences a comprehensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the precise product shape.
The process concludes with the ground turning table facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, setting the stage for a smooth transition to the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves, and the efficient ferry cart precedes it.
Post-autoclaving, the flawlessly cured products are gently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and effortlessly conveyed to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo meticulous sorting and are then expertly palletized. They are packed with precision and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after efficient separation, ensuring quality and readiness for market.
