1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the primary ingredients usually encompass sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others, setting the foundation for quality manufacturing.

This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This segment represents the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring excellence and efficiency.

Here, we expertly craft the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for the slabs, employing manual or automated hanging, along with seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is at the very core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, pivotal to the operation's success.

It facilitates the precise creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage), incorporates manual or automated mesh hanging, and features flawless automatic assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

With precision, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding via the turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product is skillfully shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.

Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainable practices.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car complete the final layout of the blank body.

5. Autoclaving Section

Masterfully assembled cakes are carefully conveyed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned strategically in front.

Once cured, the ferry cart expertly extracts the autoclave-treated products, transporting them seamlessly to the final product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After emerging from the autoclave, these cakes are meticulously sorted, expertly palletized, and elegantly packaged before being conveyed to the storage yard, thanks to the sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment.
