1. Raw Material Processing Section: The Foundation of Quality
The autoclaved aerated coagulation process begins with a blend of select materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). Each component is meticulously selected to ensure the highest quality.
This critical section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of raw materials, setting the stage for superior AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: Precision Engineering in Action
& Circulation: Seamless Integration for Unmatched Efficiency
At the heart of our operation, this section is pivotal for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring strength and durability.
This area is equipped for the production of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plate fabrication, featuring manual (automatic) mesh handling and a streamlined assembly frame circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: The Art of Precision
This integral section is vital for producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring each piece meets our rigorous standards.
Here, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates is carried out with precision, maintaining an efficient cycle of manual and automatic mesh handling.
4. Cutting Section: Precision in Every Slice
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is expertly demudded using a crane. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is transferred to the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect form.
Utilizing the ground turning table, the cut body undergoes waste removal and recycling, optimizing material use and reducing waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly marshalled by the crane and ferry car, ensuring streamlined processing.
5. Autoclaving Section: Curing Perfection Under Pressure
Assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave where they undergo precise pressure maintenance, facilitated by the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system for optimal curing.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and delivered to the finished product packaging area, ready for dispatch.
6. Finished Products: Excellence Delivered
Classification & Packaging: The Final Touch in Quality Assurance
Following autoclave steaming, cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then conveyed to the storage yard, ensuring safe and efficient handling by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying systems.
