AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Explore the intricacies of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we delicately handle premium raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This essential section is devoted to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the core of our operations, propelling the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this pivotal area, we skillfully create the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We incorporate both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, complemented by the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the central hub of our production, crucial for crafting top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we meticulously create the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, using manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product with precision.
The ground turning table plays a vital role in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, finishing the cut body with precision.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled with precision by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car to ensure optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure for impeccable results.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are skilfully extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and careful packing. They are then smoothly conveyed to the storage yard, all supported by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.

Our formidable metal plate processing capabilities are highlighted by a 2000-ton hydraulic press. To achieve machining excellence, we rely on Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a sophisticated horizontal machining center.
