1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) are essential.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
The heart of AAC slab production, this section ensures the seamless creation and circulation of steel mesh (mesh cage).
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh needed for AAC plates, encompassing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside automated frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another crucial phase in the AAC slab production process, ensuring optimal material preparation.
This integral section is designed for creating the steel mesh for AAC plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded via crane rotation. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the billet body undergoes ground turning to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body is marshalled and transported via crane and ferry car, readying it for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and directed towards the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
