1. Raw Material Processing Section
Delve into the world of precision and quality with our autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we meticulously process only the finest raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring the highest standards in raw material excellence.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, safeguarding their integrity for flawless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This pivotal section stands as the heart of our production, crafting impeccable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched precision.
Here, the meticulous creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for concrete plates takes place, combining manual (automatic) mesh hanging with a state-of-the-art automatic circulation assembly frame, setting the stage for excellence.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This core section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where craftsmanship meets innovation.
Within this realm, we delicately craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for concrete plates, seamlessly integrating manual (automatic) mesh hanging with the advanced automatic circulation assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Witness the transformation as the mold frame, loaded with billet body, is expertly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is precisely positioned on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting achieve the ultimate product molding.
Our ground turning table masterfully completes the cutting process by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability in every step.
Once the waste is efficiently extracted, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and sophisticated marshalling ferry car for flawless processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are gracefully transported into the autoclave tank by a traction mechanism, alongside the front ferry cart, to undergo constant pressure maintenance, ensuring ultimate durability and perfection.
Upon achieving autoclave-cured excellence, the products are effortlessly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging flawlessly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. State-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment then ensure their seamless journey to the storage yard, ready to impress.
