AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients essential for crafting autoclaved aerated coagulation products encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum elements such as powder and paste. These components work synergistically to create high-quality end products.
This pivotal section focuses on the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials, setting the stage for excellence in subsequent production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring precision and efficiency in every slab that is produced.
In this section, the intricate process of crafting essential steel mesh (mesh cages) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates unfolds. It includes the manual or automatic hanging of mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the primary zone dedicated to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precise pouring and controlled pre-curing processes ensure superior product formation.
The section expertly handles the fabrication of necessary steel mesh (mesh cages) for AAC plates, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and smooth circulation within the assembly.
4. Cutting Section
Once the mold frame is loaded with the billet, it undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then expertly positioned on a cutting car where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
A ground turning table handles the cut body, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and environmental impact.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless transition to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are methodically transported into the autoclaving tanks by a traction mechanism, maintaining constant pressure. The ferry cart facilitates smooth entry and exit, ensuring optimal curing conditions.
Post-curing, the ferry cart extracts the products from the autoclave, transitioning them to the finished product packaging section, ready to meet market demands.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes undergo sorting, are meticulously palletized, packed, and then conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and transportation equipment, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
