1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This segment stands as the pivotal hub for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is responsible for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This segment is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the making of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, inclusive of manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product's cutting and molding are accomplished through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body undergoes a process on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart located in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
The steamed cakes from the autoclave are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
