1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials employed in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This phase is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of all essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal phase is integral to the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. It seamlessly incorporates both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core phase, crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, integrating manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame containing the billet body is demoulded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the body is managed by the ground turning table for efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body undergoes final processing, being handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
