1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This crucial section handles the processing and storage of all raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, integral to the manufacturing process.
In this section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. It includes both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another core component in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is specifically designed for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body and the side plate are placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to form its shape.
The cutting process is completed by the ground turning table, which also removes and recycles corner waste materials.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of it.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after being separated.

Our precision machining equipment includes a Taiwan vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a horizontal machining center.
